與即將收地的村民的對話
我： 婆婆，貓貓繁殖得快，貓B又病晒，不如幫D貓絕育，健康D。而且呢度又就黎收地，到時候D貓貓會好慘啊！
婆婆 ：收地？到時候先算啦，我要D貓捉老鼠呀！
以上對話絕對不是個別事件。
新界發展已是事在必行，受影響的居民或倉地使用人，如果有飼養貓狗，請必先要為這些小動物安排絕育，否則將來只會有更多無辜的小動物受累，問題難以解決. Some parts of HK New Territories are going to be torn down and re-developed. We urge all animal owners/keepers to have their animals desexed asap. Otherwise, the animals and their offsprings will be abandoned and suffered.

有不少人利用貓狗捉老鼠/看門口，但一隻動物有十幾年壽命，明知收地在即，飼養的人責無旁貸。
The life span of cats and dogs can be over 10 years. Please don't take in any new animals for pest control or guarding if you don't have plans to bring them along after the government takes back the land. Don't be selfish.
